About this property

Oceanfront, great view, Cherry Grove close to the point.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 3rd (top) floor Condo (no elevator) located in Cherry Grove North Myrtle Beach. Comfortable setting, gorgeous views, steps to the beach. Lots of new renovations in 2023.

This is a non smoking unit. HOA does not allow trailers, boat, motorcycles, golf carts, RVs or pets.

Master has a queen memory foam bed, smart Roku tv and sliding doors to the balcony. Second bedroom has a smart Roku tv, queen memory foam bed and a small roll away cot. Sleeps up to 5.

Kitchen is fully appointed. It includes a Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, dishes, silverware, crock pot, blender, pots and pans & wine glasses.

Living room has sectional sofa, smart Roku tv, cable & dvd player.

We provide bed linens and bath towels and some cleaning supplies.

Peak times rent Saturday to Saturday (one week minimum). Other times have a two night minimum. Cleaning fee is $200. Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 10am.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The property was not clean, Black mold in the master bedroom shower I had to buy cleaner and clean it myself. I took pictures and will send to host. Damage to tub in the second bath. Otherwise the property was mostly ok. I have been to Myrtle Beach 10 times since 2011 with my family I am very well-traveled.

I am sorry that you felt that way. It should have been reported to us at check in so we had the opportunity to make it right. But I will say that our cleaning people work very hard to keep our property clean and ready for each guest. This is not something we hear from guests. There is a difference between black mold and mold that sometimes is in a seam in a shower due to humidity. Best wishes for future stays.

The place was fantastic! Cute and quaint and just enough for my mom and I to enjoy some Mother's Day time together with an ocean front view. Even with the spotty rain and overcast skies, we caught ourselves with the sliding door open, just listening to the waves crash and chatting. The rooms were great, spacious, and furnished well. The location was also easy to find. Being on the top level was amazing, as well, with great balcony seating. The decor was very "beachy"and the amenities were spot on! It is a very comfortable place, right down the road from a great grocery store and shopping. We loved it and would definitely go back and recommend!

Property was very nice, met our needs perfectly. On arrival, we found the condo clean and comfortable. The host was in contact with us and had the arrival information to us very early, we were able to check in earlier than we expected. The view from the balcony was just what we wanted and were able to spend time relaxing out there and listening to the waves glide in. The beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms were clean and quite functional. Kitchen was well appointed and worked well for us. It is a very nice condo with a comfortable, relaxing beach theme throughout. The host responded to our questions quickly and we had very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful place

Kristin the host was very easy to work with and answered our questions very fast. The unit was updated , clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything that you needed. The owner supplied beach supplies to use , sheets and towels, and starter paper/cleaning products.The past few years we have not had good success with renting properties so we were very happy to find this unit. We hope that we can return next year.

Great condo in perfect location!!

This place is very nice. A clean condo that once inside she viewing the ocean, it feels more like heaven than a rental. Owner/property manager was very accommodating, but also proactively attentive to our needs. A must stay.

Nice, clean condo in perfect location

This condo was very clean and comfortable and in the perfect location. The property owner was 5 star and very accommodating. Best views of the beach around! Definitely a place my family and I would want to visit again.
