APARTMENT IN RURAL HOUSE OF SANXENXO, AREA NEAR THE SEA WITH WIFI and FREE PARKING
Apartment on the ground floor of 85 m2. In the photos section you have a plan that will help you understand the layout. The orientation is Northwest. It has an exterior entrance that gives it total independence from the rest of the house, which opens onto the garden. With two rooms, the first with a 135 cm bed and the second with two 90 cm beds. It has a fully equipped American style kitchen. Two complete bathrooms, the first one is located in the double room and the second one at the beginning of the corridor that leads to the bedrooms. An American dining room with a TV, with a dining table and armchairs for four people, attached in an open plan to the fully equipped kitchen. At the exit of the house it has a private porch with a garden table and chairs.
The outdoor areas within the farm: The garden, the orchard, children's playground, barbecue and parking are common areas, of a community nature.

My name is María and the main characteristic of my accommodation is the personalized service and detailed information on all questions regarding the house and the area in which I live. The profile of those who visit me is that of a family with or without children who want to spend a few days off, in a natural environment without complications, visiting new places and enjoying the gastronomy and climate of the Rias Baixas. I live very close and I go every day for the maintenance of gardens and equipment, being at all times at your disposal to help you and advise you as much as possible, whenever required, always respecting your privacy. The house is governed by a series of rules that make coexistence pleasant for everyone.
It is a house in the countryside, fully fenced, in the countryside, surrounded by chalets and single-family houses, the closest town is 900 m. with all services: banks, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, small shops, gas station etc. The closest beach is La Lanzada Beach at 2400 m. (5 minutes by car), two km of fine sand, cataloged with a blue flag, with large parking lots. Good access to the Salnés AG-4 motorway. 1 (5 km.) And A-9 motorway (10 km).
When I receive travelers, I give them information, brochures and maps of all the places they can visit in the area. On this website I show you a little information because I think it is a good idea that you can start to get to know the area.
Within a radius of 6 or 8 km approximately are the towns of Sanxenxo, Portonovo, El Grove, LaToja, San Vicente del Mar and Cambados. 80 km by highway is Vigo and Santiago de Compostela, and 100 km from the border with Portugal. On the coast you can visit the Cies, Ons, and Arosa islands.
