Helpful Hints
• Some suites do not have ocean views. An ocean view can be requested, but it cannot be guaranteed.
• Motorcycles are not allowed on the property May 1 - Aug. 31 annually, and rental golf carts are prohibited year-round. Trailers are allowed on property but need to be parked at the registered building parking lot.
• There are grocery/discount stores less than 1 mile from resort; a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
• Resort is in the center of "restaurant row" = lots of choices within 1-2 miles.
• During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• The check-in guest must be 21 years old. We require ID information for the check-in guest (preferably a driver’s license or state-issued ID card) as soon as possible after making a reservation. This information is necessary to avoid check-in issues or problems.
• Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
