This 1-bedroom apartment features a cozy electric fireplace, fenced in backyard, in-unit washer/dryer, and even has a climate-controlled, private garage for the tenant. The apartment has a full refrigerator, and the kitchenette has a two-burner hot plate, Keurig, instant pot, microwave, air fryer, and comes fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Enjoy the charcoal grill on the patio, or relax with the high-speed internet and a home entertainment system.
