Pine Tree Chalet is a newly remodeled home outside the downtown South Lake Tahoe and Stateline. You are less than a mile from Heavenly Mountain Resort’s California Base Lodge at this home. In the winter, you can hit the slopes from this lodge and access all the trails that Heavenly offers. In the summer, take advantage of all the hiking and mountain biking trails in the forest surrounding this home. The Pine Tree Chalet is only a 6-minute drive to the Stateline, where you can enjoy our local casinos, shops, and restaurants. The Heavenly Mountain Resort’s gondola also is located at the Stateline. Lake Tahoe is also just a short 5-minute drive away.

This luxury home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, over 2,500 square feet, and can sleep up to 8 people. The home is three levels, on a quiet street in a hillside forest. When you enter the home, you will find yourself on the middle level (second floor), where the main living areas are located. Relax in the living room on one of the couches, enjoy the gas fireplace, or watch a movie on the flat-screen television. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, with seating for eight people. There is additional seating for 3 more at the kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen is all remodeled with stainless steel appliances. The peninsula overlooks the dining area and the outdoor porch. There is access to the deck from the sliding glass door in the living room or by the dining table. This deck features a propane BBQ and table and chairs. From the deck, you can enjoy filtered views of Lake Tahoe.

The three bedrooms are located on the top floor (third level). The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a couch (that has a sofa bed), a private master bathroom, and a small deck. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. These two bedrooms share the full bathroom in the hallway. There is additional sleeping on a pull-out couch in the game room and one in the master bedroom.

The bottom level is for the game room. This room has a flat-screen television, couches and chairs, a gaming table, and a wet bar. Mix up some drinks at the bar and challenge your friends to a friendly game of poker! The porch off of the game room has a private hot tub, perfect to relax your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. This home has everything that a Tahoe mountain home should have, and is perfect for a retreat in any season!
