Fantastic location near the Adelaide city parklands, walking distance to both the Unley Road and King William Road restaurant districts and city, this is a wonderfull apartment that has been renovated with interior designing and art by Richmond Road Studios. Minutes to the centre of the city via the tram or bus, Unley is a highly sought after, premium location for anyone wanting accommodation in Adelaide. This quiet apartment will delight!
There is an open plan Kitchen, Dining and Lounge area to relax in. There is a generous sized bedroom, with ample storage, sunlit by day with a luxurious King Sized bed to sleep in.
The lounge has a sofa which becomes a comfortable double bed should you need it.
This apartment has everything you need for your stay.
The place is yours for the duration of your stay.
There are shared parking spaces on the property but I will provide
a parking permit for street parking.
There is a lockbox beside the front door - you are free to come and go as you please. You can always contact me with any query that you may have.
The code to the lockbox will be issued to you prior to your arrival.
