As you enter the spacious entry way with big windows and natural light, you will have a bench and a spot to leave your boots, coats, and coolers.Two bedrooms are on the main floor. The room on your left has a futon bunk bed and room for 3 guests. This room is decorated in blue and has two big window for Northern Lights viewing. There is an electric fireplace and light blocking curtains to keep you sleeping through the night. The stairs will take you up to a big open loft with a queen bed, spruce ceiling, and a cozy sitting area. This loft is open to the rest of the home and is warm as the heat rises. It is not private but in the summer the rain on the tin roof will lull you to sleep. If you want the true Alaskan experience book a private sled dog adventure with Robinson Racing Kennel. A dog team will pull into the lodge to pick up your party and the best teen dog racers in Alaska will take you for a ride in the hills around the lodge with their race winning teams.
