Hacienda Pinilla Poolside Villa

Unwind, relax and explore at Hacienda Pinilla. Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the heart of Hacienda Pinilla lets you do just that. Just out the back door is the beautifully landscaped pool with the fitness center beside it. There are only two condos which have a pool view in Jardenes and we are one of them! Makes it convenient to go for a dip without having to lock up your place! Just a short 3 to 4 minute walk and you have access to over 3 miles of incredible beaches. The 5 star JW Marriot with several restaurants and a world class spa is only a 3 minute walk. They also offer a day passes. Please contact them privately for the fee.

The grounds of this gated resort, Hacienda Pinilla, offer some incredible animal watching: Turtles, howler monkeys, deer, anteaters and iguanas just to name a few. There are over 4500 acres to ride horses or mountain bike and look and listen to nature in this natural environment. The resort is very proud of the fact that it is an Audubon Society Reserve.

Inside the gated resort is also tennis, pickle ball, horse stables and a world renowned golf course, all within a few minutes drive or walk. The grounds throughout Hacienda Pinilla are meticulously maintained tropical gardens. Sit by the ocean, watch the waves, or jump right in and surf on one of Central America’s top surfing beaches, Playa Avellanas, at the south end of the resort and the more advanced break Little Hawaii right outside the Beach Club. The Beach Club is private but they do allow guests access if there are availability for a daily fee. You can also drive your car inside the property to Playa Langosta's south end and surf a great beach break there.

Our two story townhome has ten foot vaulted and beamed ceilings and eight foot wonderful wooden french doors that lead to the covered patio on the first floor and also to the second floor covered spacious wrap around balcony. The large picturesque windows overlook the incredible grounds and pool area. On the patio outside the kitchen and living area you can eat your breakfast or dinner al fresco or OR take a siesta in the hammock.

The Villa has just been remodeled in 2021 and beautifully decorated.
After heading outside the gates of Hacienda Pinilla you can find lovely fruit stands along the road in the little town of Villa Real on your way to Tamarindo where you can shop at the high end grocery store Auto Marcado.

Beside the kitchen we have a laundry room with a large washer and dryer so you can pack light for your casual and relaxing trip to Costa Rica.

The Spanish colonial architecture and circular stairs invites you in to a relaxing home that will help you unwind or get ready for the next day’s adventures. The master bedroom has a King bed and with it's walk in closet on the second floor has a vaulted ceiling and its french doors open upon the inviting balcony furnished with lounge chairs and a hammock for an afternoon siesta. The master bath has twin sinks and a walk in shower.
Each of the other two bedrooms also have King size beds and in suits bathrooms .
Our home can sleep 6 in 3 King size beds . It is perfect for 3 couples or a family of 2 adults and up to 4 children if they are ok sharing king size beds . If you have a baby or a toddler I can refer you to a neighbor who has a crib, highchair etc rental.
