It also features a private garage with direct entry, and a tranquil front garden area. Centrally located, this studio blends luxurious comfort with the pleasure of convenience. We hope you`ll love staying at our little gem!

This is an open concept studio space with a beautiful bathroom and private attached garage. The space is accessed best through the alley way directly into the garage and then into the unit. It opens directly into a private garden area and is centrally located in Downtown Bakersfield.

The garage, ADU unit, and front garden of the unit is available for guest use.

Really nice to have a beautiful and super clean garage to park in with the intense sun and heat. Not very often you have access to a washer and dryer. The climate control was excellent, everything was new, and it was private, inside and out. Great value for the money.
