Beautiful desert oasis. Just remodeled, Pet Friendly, even has a doggy door. Great location. Walk to several great eating and drinking establishments, movie theaters, grocery stores, and trails. Private, fenced Patio with peaceful fountain, huge trees and Weber BBQ. Modern Kitchen. Bath with Double Vanity and Granite counter top. 1 comfortable King size bed. The second bedroom has a Murphy Bed and a desk. In-unit washer and dryer. 40' flat screen TV with DVD. Walk a few steps to a Day Spa and Beauty Salon. Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
PILE DIRTY TOWELS ON FLOOR. LEAVE DIRTY LINENS ON BEDS TAKE OUT TRASH (Bin is on the north end of parking area) Our trash service sorts recycle from trash so it all can go in the same can.
CLOSE & LOCK WINDOWS AND DOORS TURN OFF THERMOSTAT UNPLUG FOUNTAIN MAKE SURE UMBRELLA IS DOWN PUT KEYS IN LOCKBOX Please do not forget to return the Red Rock Parking Pass
