Beautiful desert oasis. Just remodeled, Pet Friendly, even has a doggy door. Great location. Walk to several great eating and drinking establishments, movie theaters, grocery stores, and trails. Private, fenced Patio with peaceful fountain, huge trees and Weber BBQ. Modern Kitchen. Bath with Double Vanity and Granite counter top. 1 comfortable King size bed. The second bedroom has a Murphy Bed and a desk. In-unit washer and dryer. 40' flat screen TV with DVD. Walk a few steps to a Day Spa and Beauty Salon. PILE DIRTY TOWELS ON FLOOR. LEAVE DIRTY LINENS ON BEDS TAKE OUT TRASH (Bin is on the north end of parking area) Our trash service sorts recycle from trash so it all can go in the same can.
CLOSE & LOCK WINDOWS AND DOORS TURN OFF THERMOSTAT UNPLUG FOUNTAIN MAKE SURE UMBRELLA IS DOWN PUT KEYS IN LOCKBOX Please do not forget to return the Red Rock Parking Pass

Brad was very helpful. Location is a great spot to get anywhere around Sedona. Clean, comfortable, everything you could need. Close to (walking distance) grocery store, and 3 or 4 pretty god restaurants. We had a great time and will be coming back for sure. 10/10 recommend

The place is even better than the pictures. Very nice and quiet location. The owners are very easy to contact with any question. Located perfect in Sedona close to natural water parks as well as uptown Sedona.

Quiet close to everything

Very clean spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a small fenced yard with BBQ, patio, parking. It even has a doggy door. On a side street in quiet neighborhood but very close to all shopping, amenities and public pool. We loved our stay, definetly recommend it!

A cozy little sanctuary with a lovely garden
