Once home to the Columbus Electrical Works, the building has been thoughtfully renovated while preserving its industrial character, featuring exposed brick, timber beams, oversized windows, modern kitchens, and spacious bathrooms.

Parking

One parking space is provided in the open parking lot next to the building. Please note that the parking area is not enclosed or covered.

Please Note

The Ellis Lofts are located in an apartment building in a vibrant neighborhood. Guests may occasionally hear sounds from neighboring residents, nearby traffic, or activity in the area. While we do our best to provide a comfortable stay, not all noise can be controlled.

The building has secured access, and your loft features a private digital entry keypad.

Guests have private access to and use of the entire loft.

No Smoking or Vaping
For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Guests & Occupancy
Please do not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation.

Pets
We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.

Cleaning
If extra cleaning is needed beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply.

Weather & Power Outages
We’re unable to provide refunds for weather events or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans.

Weapons
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

No Parties or Events
Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
