Spectacular mountain view in cozy town setting.

This was our second stay in this condo. We returned because of the excellent accommodations and comfortable setting that feels like home. The condo has everything needed and has spectacular views of the mountains. We enjoyed the town of Frisco and nearby skiing, snow shoeing, hot springs, shopping, and dining.

Perfect spot for mountain-hopping

This condo was a perfect place to stay as we skied at Keystone, Breck, and Beaver Creek, meeting different friends each day. The hot tub was a hit for the sore muscles, and access to Main St. was super easy for dinner/drinks. Owner is very responsive to issues, and proactive at times.

Better than advertised!

Our family enjoyed our week in Frisco. The condo was better than advertised. It had everything we needed, and more! Comfortable beds, plenty of space, board games, DVDs/Music, bikes... The location was perfect. We left our car in the underground garage and walked almost everywhere in Frisco. We can't wait to come back.

All you could ask for!

This is our third stay in Frisco and we were not expecting such an amazing view from a main street unit! Great roomy place-really can't think of anything else we could've needed or asked for. We used to stay in Breckenridge, but wanted something a little more low key. We love Frisco, loved your quiet place. The hot tub was always open and a garage was a definite plus. A short walk to dining and shopping. We appreciated the communication with the owner and hope to return.

Perfect summer adventure spot!!!

Condo was beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Perfect location right in heart of quaint downtown Frisco. Highly recommend for anyone. We took our 4 kids ages 15 to 21. We rafted the Colorado River, hiked Mohawk Lakes trail, biked to Breckenridge. So many awesome outdoor activities close by. Bob was great very accommodating and had great suggestions for restaurants, etc. couldn't have been any nicer. 5 stars plus plus!!!

This condo had it all!!

Our one week stay went beyond our expectations. Even though the condo was located on Main Street, the views from the great room were spectacular, especially at night with the beautiful lights. Loved Bob's attention to detail and appreciated all the "extras" that were provided. The condo was impeccable and we appreciated Bob's promptness to all of our inquiries. It was also a ski lover's paradise with the proximity to many of Colorado's fabulous ski resorts!!

An Excellent Place to Stay

I was impressed with the obvious effort of the owner to make this your perfect vacation home away from home. The snow was adequate for skiing during my visit, but if it had been a bust, I would have been quite happy to just hang out at the condo. The furnishings are tasteful, uncluttered, and new. The building looks new and well cared for. The location is great for enjoying Frisco's Main St. Easy access to I-70 via the exit on the west end of town. Good trail running/hiking in the woods about a quarter mile away. This was my first VRBO experience, and I was totally satisfied.

Beautiful, spacious, well equipped condo in great Main St location

We just spent a month in this beautiful, spacious, well equipped condo in downtown Frisco, CO. Great location on Main St, close to shops and good restaurants, and only steps to the free bus to Copper Mtn. Trip took only 9 minutes. Very nice furnishings and decor, vaulted ceilings, with a well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and made up with premium bedding. The condo was very clean as well. Owners are wonderful and look after all of the details. C-LF, Calgary Canada

A warm and comfortable home for your family

This is our 3rd time renting this beautiful 3rd floor condo ( 2014’ , 2017’ , 2020 ). Close to restaurants and shops, with beautiful views from every window. The underground secure parking is a game changer, and Bob has thought of every little detail. Plenty of instruments how to operate any appliance or TV’s. For those of you looking to ski, Frisco is close to 4 ski areas. They include, Copper, Breck, Vail, Keystone, as well as a few more. We will be returning for years to come.

Perfect and most organized rental EVER

From the great communication and perfect location I can’t imagine a better vacation rental. Bob quickly responded to all emails with detailed information. Literally everything I might need to know about the unit was sent ahead of time. The unit itself was spotless, well organized and stocked with all necessities. Such a relief not to have to buy sugar when we only need a bit for coffee. Also plenty of paper goods. If we return to Summit to ski we will definitely stay here again!

Spotless

This Main St., FriscoCondo is an absolute gem. The owner maintains the property as if he was living there. The kitchen is fully stocked. The very nice full-size washer and dryer are within arms reach of the kitchen. The living area is spacious. The windows of the living area and the dining area provide a spectacular view of the Summit County mountain tops. While on Main Street It is quite quiet is it faces the other direction. This is the second time we have stayed here and it is our family’s number one choice for accommodations in Frisco.

Great accommodations, great location, all around great!

It was our first time to stay in the area, and we couldn't have been happier. We really enjoyed the proximity (walking distance) to tasty restaurants, quaint shops, ski rental, and good happy hours! Frisco is a little smaller/quieter than Breckenridge, but offers plenty of dining options. The easy access to the freeway and to multiple amazing downhill and nordic ski areas is a real plus in our book. The condo is well-appointed, spacious, and the kitchen has all the appliances/cookware/utensils needed. Underground parking (especially in winter) was a definite advantage on the cold mountain mornings. The owners have taken care to make it a very comfortable landing spot, with lots of information on both the condo and the area. They are also very responsive to any needs. The housecleaner does a great job too - extremely clean place. A perfect home away from home - hope to return next year!

Practical perfect in every way.

The location of the condo is perfect for walking to local shopping and eating in Frisco. The property owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. They were very generous with their belongs, having bikes, beach towels, and chairs available for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer and soaps. The bedrooms and baths are very comfortable. They have taken the time to give helpful directions regarding the town of Frisco and the surrounding ski areas. They very thoughtfully left us a bottle of wine (yum) and waters for our arrival. They also did a great job with labels and directions regarding the use of items in the condo. Even getting us the necessary information to get through the condo security was done well. My husband and I and our two friends would absolutely recommend this condo and we would definitely stay there again

About the host

Hosted by Bob

Host profile image
Owning a Colorado Mountain Property has been a dream of mine for 30 years. I've got two degrees from Colorado Universities; Joyce gave birth to our daughter, Julie, in Boulder who "hankered" to attend Texas A&M; and our son Mike graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. Except for the schools and ski trips however, my careers have taken us elsewhere. But now we (and the expanded family) can call Colorado home (whenever possible).

Why they chose this property

While we had been through, stayed in, and enjoyed Frisco in the past, it was not until spending two weeks in a small condo in the Summer of 2013 that we knew this would be where we wanted to buy. Frisco's so small we would have been happy anywhere but when we found something right on Main Street, with all the amenities listed, we bought. We hope this will pass down through generations!

What makes this property unique

Friendly, helpful people. The streets don't "pack" with tourists, free parking, but the stores, shops and ski rental establishments provide all you really need (and are but a short walk). Restaurants and great "Happy Hours" abound. "Whole Foods" is a great addition for "home cooked" meals after skiing, in front of our fireplace at a nice long dining room table, looking out at the mountains.
