Everyone will enjoy downtown access from this Victorian duplex. Benefits of this area include multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. This home is located inside the designated outdoor refreshment area within town, where patrons are allowed to walk around freely with open containers. There is ample on street parking directly in front of the home available. Sprawl out in the spacious two bedroom area.
This is a second story unit that does have stairs. This property is non-smoking and no pets.
The owner does have 1 dog and 1 cat in the adjoining space that maybe heard from time to time or when the dog is let outside in the fenced in yard.
The property is 22 miles from Fort Wayne International Airport.
As mentioned, this property has recently had some renovations, and there are more renovations which will occur throughout the year in between guests. I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful Victorian house while visiting the Bluffton area. It is a very spacious unit. The kitchen was well-equipped. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. I really liked the bathroom tub's old-fashioned fixtures that were still in place though nonoperational. The wood paneling throughout this home is simply beautiful!! Also, the parking was convenient; I walked down the street several times to a coffeehouse that was excellent. All in all, a great visit. I would like to stay here again should I return to the area. And I recommend it highly to others.

I was raised in Bluffton and enjoy the small town atmosphere. I am an avid outdoor person and enjoy all of the opportunities that the local area provides. I I’m still new to being a host, but strive to provide a good experience for guests.
Why they chose this property
I chose this location because of the proximity to downtown amenities and also when traveling via the interstate or international airport, they are both easily accessible.
What makes this property unique
This Victorian home was built in 1890. I have tried to furnish the space with pieces from that era when possible to keep the historic nature about the space.
