Large, fully furnished estate home with 2436 sq. ft. of air conditioned space--total overall size with entry, lanai & garage is 3418 sq. ft. Includes (3) Bedrooms (2) with King-size Beds, (1) with (2) XL Twin-size Beds + Large Study with a Sleeper Sofa. (3) Bathrooms with Showers, (1) with Jacuzzi, Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer, Attached (2) Car Garage, Heated Pool with large Lanai. The private exposure of the lanai/pool is north and overlooks the 2nd tee box of the golf course.

The lush 18-hole-golf course was designed by Gordon Lewis and renovated in 2015. The club offers (2) driving ranges, bunker and chipping ranges, and several other practice facilities. For longer renting periods the membership can be transferred. Other amenities of the Vanderbilt Country Club are a large community pool, six lighted Har-Tru Hydro-Grid Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, large new fitness and activity centers, and an upscale clubhouse that was renovated in 2023.
