Great place — spotless; excellent walkable location to shops, farmer’s market, parks; wonderful amenities including heated bathroom towel rack (whole bathroom is outstanding); fully supplied kitchen, bath robes, welcome basket. Communicating with Kathy was easy and a pleasure. We heard one train at night but aren’t bothered by that sort of thing. Would stay here again!

The host was PERFECTLY attentive. This little apartment was more like a small home. Everything we needed was available, and then some. I really enjoyed her fall decor and how quaint everything was decorated. Check-in and check-out were easy, parking was a breeze, and it was very close to downtown. She didn't miss a single detail. You can tell she put her heart into it-Thank you, Stacy & Tom

This is a fantastic place to stay in Ann Arbor. Pictures do not do the apartment justice; it was clean, attractive, and well-furnished with everything we could have needed (e.g. extra towels and blankets, water and snacks upon arrival, etc.). Parking was easy - there is a reserved spot in the back - and the location is walking distance from the shops on Main Street (15-25 mins), campus (20-30 minutes), and Kerrytown/farmer's market/Zingerman's deli (8-10 mins), where we had breakfast each morning. Highly recommend!

Positives: Great location for attending UM football game and exploring campus area as well as downtown. Property was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped for our two night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was very useful. Rain showerhead in bath was nice. Easy check-in and convenient parking behind building. Area recommendations from host were very helpful. Overall, good communication with host. Could be a bit better: Unit is a basement apartment with stairs down from outside entry, that was not mentioned in the post (not a deal killer, but would be good to know). No separate thermostat so reliant on contact with host for temperature adjustment. Footsteps and talking could be heard from floors above, including once at about 1 am. Trouble with WIFI. Seems that when WIFI reset, smoke detector would also reset and create a loud, high pitched tone that occurred between 7-8 am both mornings. In summary, good stay and very convenient location with a few small issues.
