Sunny East Hampton Oasis With Heated Pool

Light-filled, well-appointed architectural gem with pool nestled on 1.5 acres surrounded by trees in a great location between East Hampton beaches, bay wetlands, and Sag Harbor. Clean modernism meets comfortable boho-chic.

A large wrap-around deck with lots of privacy and greenery and a second upstairs living-room loft with 360-degree views of the treetops make this an ultra-relaxing special retreat.

Living area, dining area, kitchen, bathrooms, and three bedrooms are on the ground floor. (Master bedroom with king, 1 guest bedroom with queen and 1 guest bedroom with double.) Gas grill, exterior and interior dining tables, cook’s kitchen. Nice linens, towels, and beach chairs included. Two bathrooms, one with glass-enclosed shower and the other with a large tub. Newly built outdoor shower. Ping-pong table in the basement. Great place to work from home, if need be. The house is around 2,000 square feet with views of trees from every window.

Enjoy your own music through our multi-zone stereo system, as well as the super-fast wifi (400 mbs) that covers the entire house. It's ideal for working remotely or streaming your favorite content. Gaming PC available upon request, as well as paid subscriptions to YouTubeTV, Hulu, HBO, and Netflix.

Please note that the pool heat cost is charged to the renter.

Wonderful stay - highly recommend

My family and I had a truly great stay at this house. Layout was perfect for our family with two small kids. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were modern and easy to use. The area is perfectly situated between Sag Harbor and East Hampton. It was just a few minutes into either town. We did a lot of running and there are so many trails nearby. We also ran to the local bay beaches, which are really quiet and pretty. Ocean beaches in East Hampton are just over 10 minutes away! Kids loved all the deer and turkeys which came onto the property every day. Kids also loved the TV room upstairs. They played up there loads and it was a really good use of space. Meredith was also always helpful and made the stay easy. I would highly recommend this house for small family or couple. It had loads of charm, sophistication and positive energy. A good combination between NYC apt and Hamptons beach house.

Very nice stay

We had a great stay in this house for a week. The house is perfectly located with around 10 minutes drive to East Hampton, beaches, Sag Harbour. The house is well stocked, and very comfortable with 2 living rooms, the TV upstairs has everything you need from Netflix to Hulu. The garden is lovely with deck chairs, sofas and dining area with nice views to the pool. We all really loved it there.

House was great and even better than the pics! The layout was nice with bedrooms apart from living space and the loft/bonus room upstairs was a perfect nightly escape. Upon arrival, the home was very clean. It was also extremely well stocked with kitchen essentials, cleaning products and nice linens. We didn’t need to bring half the things we did!! The pool was large and got great sun well into early evening. The house is remote and offers really nice privacy. We loved the location with easy access to the different towns. Before and during the stay, Meredith was very responsive and helpful in guiding us throughout the house as well as local suggestions. I would definitely recommend staying!

Great House!

This was a great house - perfect for 5 or 6 people! The best part was working with the home owners - she was so friendly - provided a lot of valuable information prior and during our stay - and very easy to get in contact with and work with. Definitely recommend staying here!

Family of 5- with 3 early teens.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here! The house has great outdoor space and is equipped with many convenience items (beach towels, chairs, pool floats, condiments and cooking/grilling supplies). The house has nice privacy and is about half way between EH and Sag Harbor. Meredith communicates any issues or questions almost immediately. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Great place

Great house, beautifully furnished and well equipped and very clean. Huge garden, where deer, turkeys and squirrels pass by to say hello, a great place in nature to exhale. Communication, check in all smooth, easy and supportive.

We have been renting houses in the Hamptons and Cape Cod for years, and we know what makes a good rental! We fell in love with this special house the moment we saw it and we hope that others will appreciate it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This is an unusual house with an octagonal layout, designed by an Oregon architect. We love its many windows that let in tons of light and offer views of the surrounding wooded landscape. It's a very tranquil spot on a tucked-away street, but it's still well-located, between the action in Sag Harbor and East Hampton.

What makes this property unique

The house is surrounded by trees so the deck and pool feel private. There are windows in every room looking out to the trees and sky. The design and architecture are unusual and have a mid-century feel. We've taken lots of care to furnish it with things we love and have collected over the years.
