Important Things to Note

• Parking: Designated parking for 2 vehicles (1 compact and 1 standard; no oversized vehicles) in the covered parking lot numbered #131.

• Stairs required: The condo is on the third floor with stair access only (no elevator).

• Laundry: Private, in-unit washer and dryer available during your stay.

• Gear storage: Dedicated ski/snowboard storage provided.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

•WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Getting around: About a 2–5 minute walk to the rec path, Dillon Marina, and Dillon Amphitheater; roughly a 10-minute drive to Keystone, 20 minutes to A-Basin, 25 minutes to Breckenridge, and Loveland & Copper within 30 minutes. Drive times can vary with weather and traffic.
