Condo just across the street from the Tennis Center. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Large bedroom w/King bed plus a Queen fold-out couch in the living room. One-bathroom, Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. One bathroom. Guests can use pools, Jacuzzis, tennis courts, clubhouse, and gym. Can walk the property, which is gated, as they wish. Ample parking is provided adjacent to the units.
A $300 security deposit is required at check-in. This is not charged until checkout and is fully refunded unless there is ACTUAL damage to the unit. A $12 per/night Resort Fee will also be charged at check-in. It covers the internet connection.
