Spread across three levels, Villa Téotlina offers six spacious bedrooms, each with sea views and air conditioning. The villa includes six elegant bathrooms, one of which features a unique open-air shower for an unforgettable tropical experience. The main living area on the top floor features an open kitchen, a comfortable TV lounge, and a large dining area. From here, sliding doors lead to the porch and a spectacular palapa with panoramic sea views — the perfect setting for morning coffee or starlit evenings.

The outdoor space centers around the grand private pool, complete with a shallow lounging section and three in-water daybeds. Guests can unwind under the shade of the palapa or gather around the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher for al fresco dining at its finest. For fitness enthusiasts, a private gym ensures you can stay active, while divers will appreciate the dedicated scuba rinse station.

Two self-contained apartments on the middle and lower levels provide additional privacy, each featuring its own kitchenette and bathroom — ideal for multi-family groups. The villa also includes three dishwashers, two washing machines, a dryer, strong Wi-Fi throughout, and multiple coffee options (Nespresso and filter). Sustainability is part of its design, with solar panels powering the property efficiently.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.

At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
