Check out is 10 am. Please send us a message once you have left so our cleaners can get started.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking on property. Guests are required to go out to the curb to smoke. $250 fine for violations.
Please do not tamper with the thermostat. We leave it at 70 degrees to keep both units comfortable. Notify us if you have issues. Space heaters avail.
Laundry is the only shared space, located down the interior stairs. Please switch your loads promptly.
