It is 6 minutes walking from the beach with new great sandy kids playground. Also 5 minutes walk to great b'fast cafe' restaurants/bar and shops.
This house has everything you need for a lovely seaside break.

It is comfortable, cosy and has the important essentials. Living room has two sofas as per picture. A great place for a short or a longer holiday. Quiet, close to everything. 5 mins drive to Woy Woy town centre. You can even fish near by. 5 mins drive to Ettalong Beach’s great variety of restaurants.
It is called Umina Beach House. Guests can enjoy above the standard workmanship,double insulated walls, contemporary personal design.
