This property and the hosts exceeded our expectations in every way. The unit is spacious, well designed for a working or non working vacation and beautifully appointed. The neighborhood is perfect too. Everything you need is close. It’s not in the middle of tourist spots but you are a short walk to the theater district, Times Square, Central Park and midtown. We loved everything about this property including the responsiveness and thoughtful details attended to by the hosts and we will stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here for just over a week and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The views are incredible. The bed is super comfortable and it was so nice to have plenty of space in the condo to unwind and relax after exploring the city. The hosts were great to work with - responsive and lovely. Our stay at this Manhattan property was excellent from beginning to end. The apartment truly felt upscale, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the views were absolutely stunning. The location was another major highlight. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient while still feeling elevated and relaxing to come back to at the end of the day.The host was also very communicative, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire stay, which made everything seamless. My coworkers and I stayed in this apartment while attending a law convention at the Javits Center, and it truly exceeded expectations. It felt like a real home rather than a typical barebones rental. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from personal care items and plenty of towels in all sizes to an abundance of paper goods.The apartment even had a full espresso setup and TVs in every room, which made our stay extra comfortable. Access to a Lifetime gym with a daily pass was also a great bonus. The space is luxurious, full of charm, and has so much personality. We would absolutely stay here again!

The decor was modern and spotlessly clean with lots of windows. Everything in the apartment seemed brand new and well taken care of. After extensive research into the best NYC accommodations for my family, I can confidently say this apartment exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a high-end NYC stay and all the comforts of home, this is it.The location was perfect for us… we walked the High Line to Hudson Yards & Chelsea market. The communication was top notch. I am so spoiled now and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!!!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is gorgeous and impeccably clean, with stunning high floor views from every room. The space felt upscale and thoughtfully designed, from the modern details to the quality linens and well stocked kitchen. The location couldn’t be better, surrounded by great restaurants, nearby markets, and just steps from the Hudson River for relaxing walks. The building felt very safe with a doorman, and the neighborhood was comfortable even in the evenings. Check in and check out were seamless, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was truly a wonderful home base for experiencing New York City, and we would absolutely return!

Very welcoming host. Beautiful, spacious apartment, expertly furnished. Book it. If you’d like details, here they are:The pictures are very accurate, which is always a huge relief. Everything was clean and new and comfortable. All the way down to the ‘shoes off’ policy reminder - a fresh pair of slippers for everyone in our party. The beds, sheets, and blankets were excellent quality. The beds were very comfortable (not one back/neck issue, which is rare for me) and the blankets were so soft my daughter insisted we find one and buy it for home (which we did)Another thing I love - an attentive but hands off host. I had questions prior to and upon our arrival. Each question was answered quickly and kindly. I was sent a pdf with instructions for everything in the apartment, along with links to convenient restaurants and stores. Very well done. We will be back!

The property was better than the pictures. The views form the living/kitchen were amazing. Great having two bathrooms that were so clean. It is a quieter area of NYC. Able to walk the Hudson River two blocks away.
