We were grateful to find this property on Vrbo and we were very happy with our stay. The property was very clean and the location was very convenient for the wedding that we were attending. The restaurants and stores were within a few minutes of the property and if we ever come back up here again, we will definitely try to book here. Thank you for letting us stay at your property.

We stayed at Rocio's place bc we were in town for family weekend at UD to visit our college kids. Rocio's place was perfect for our family to gather. 2 full updated bathrooms was perfect! We had gorgeous weather so enjoyed the patio alot along with using the grill which was clean and in great condition. Our kids loved the gaming room, HUGE hit! Plenty of space for us to spread out and bond together. The coffee was an added bonus, so sweet. Check in and out process was so easy. Thank you Rocio for having the perfect home to create family memories!

This was by far the cleanest and most organized Vrbo I’ve stayed at. Decor and amenities were also spot on. It had very comfortable furniture and the bedrooms were very quiet. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Dayton area!

My family is from Beavercreek and we were home for my niece's graduation. We were THRILLED to stay at this house. It was so clean and welcoming. We did not have a single issue. Our host immediately responded to all my questions. I wish I had known about this house sooner! We definitely will be back!!!

This was an amazing place to stay nearby Yellow Springs for the weekend. The entire house is newly remodeled and was cleaned spotless when we arrived. It includes a fenced in back yard with patio table and chairs and fire pit in backyard. There’s also a gas grill. Each room has modern light/fan controls with both wall mounted remote units and a removable remote for each room. Full kitchen with all plates and cooking materials. Kitchen includes scissors, corkscrew, wine glasses, pots and pans, all you will need. Everything was exactly as advertised and the host was very nice and easy to communicate with. I especially appreciated the cleanliness. Not a speck of dirt or odor anywhere. Comfortable beds, full kitchen, separate dining and living rooms, and 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms which is very convenient. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the place, my 26 year old grandson and his family came over one day. My 58 year old son really enjoyed playing pool with him.Place was SPOTLESS and looked EXACTLY like pictures, only problem was I'm 80 and no hand rails in either bath. Also sinks too high to wash hands and brush teeth comfortably.Only recommendation would be for a CHAIR in living room, arms on couch too high for a SHORT person.Host was EXTREMELY helpful, she had the heat on for us and answered all my questions. WE WILL BE GOING BACK!

The house is located in a quite safe area and is very centrally located. Easy commute to downtown Dayton or the Air Force Museum. There is a lot of shopping and food options very close. We loved having access to the garage. Rocio was very responsive with any messages I sent.

The house was very clean and updated with a nice fenced in backyard. The location was perfect for visiting the National Museum of the US Airforce and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We would stay again if in the area.
