The villa, built around 1920 in the typical bath style and renovated in 1999, is located in a central location near the beach in the historic part of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.

Your comfortably furnished non-smoking apartment 3RB1 is on the ground floor. The 2-room apartment with a winter garden has a size of approx. 60 sqm and can be occupied by up to 4 people. The apartment is divided into a beautiful living room with loggia, integrated kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, an extra winter garden and a bathroom with vanity, shower, permanently installed hair dryer and toilet. In the separate winter garden (accessible from the bedroom) you will find another sofa to relax. In the living room there is a sofa bed as well as a full HD TV and radio. The bright loggia is equipped with comfortable wicker chairs and invites you to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave and various small appliances. Two additional wedge pillows in the bedroom are used for restful sleep. Highlights: • free WiFi access • free parking space directly at the house
