Great place to stay in Phoenix for our last minute trip. Great location, great size. The pool, cornhole, and pool table gave us plenty to do for a fun trip enjoying the warm weather. The host was very responsive to messages, and landscapers and pool maintenance came throughout our stay to clean up after some strong winds.

The communication with the host was great. One minor issue with the freezer but it was fixed the same day. Plenty of space and the pool and pool table provided great entertainment for the time we were there. The place was clean but a few kitchen items should be updated. (Toaster and coffee maker) we would stay here again.

House overall is nice. Rooms are setup good. However some appliances didn’t work. BBQ is broken and grates are rusty.

The home was a great place for 8 men. We attended AZ Bike Week which kept us pretty busy on many rides. It was nice to come to a home that really felt like home with plenty of room. The host was available and ready to help. We didnt need much so we didnt reach much. Our guys would like to reserve this home again. Once the day approaches, we will check for availability.
