This lovely private studio is situated next to the owners home. It is the perfect base for your trip to Zandvoort. A great location, the beach, boulevard and city center all on a walking distance from this nice place.

The studio is very comfortable and fits all your needs. It features a double bed and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and possibility to make coffee and tea. Luxury bathroom with a big shower (Shower panel with overhead shower, hand shower and massage nozzles) and toilet.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

Cozy and very clean studio near the beach

This studio is perfect for a few days at the beach! We especially loved that we had a little yard and that it was really clean. We did not expect to have a stove so we were pleasantly surprised that there was one. We definately hope to come back one day!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, für drei Nächte! Mit kleinem Hund sehr zu empfehlen. Sauber und super Lage, alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Klein, aber fein.

Es hat uns im großen und ganzen , ganz gut gefallen .Für die drei Tage hat es voll gereicht , falls man länger die Wohnung mieten möchte ,darf man halt nicht soviel Gepäck mitnehmen , da der Schrank halt nicht so groß ist .Was uns gestört hat ,war das man die Handtücher nicht aufhängen konnte ,die Beleuchtung vom Spiegel nicht ging und was grausam war , es roch bestialisch aus der Toilette , da kann aber keiner was zu ,das ist halt die Kanalisation , beim nächsten mal kann es schon wieder anders sein . Wir würden auf jeden fall wieder dort hinfahren.

Top Ferienwohnung

Uns hat diese Art "tiny house" super gefallen, man hat Privatsphäre und die Terrasse ist von den Nachbarn abgeschirmt. Drinnen gibt es alles was man braucht, moderne Ausstattung, sehr bequemes Bett. Lage auch super, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Ganz in Ordnung

Man muss wissen: es gibt keinen echten Blick nach draussen - nur auf die Mauer des Nachbarhauses und die ist auch ein Durchgang, d.h. am Fenster laufen andere Gäste vorbei. Es gibt auch kein Grün bei der Sitzgelegenheit draußen. Das alles wird aber aufgewogen durch die sehr gute Lage von der aus man alles fußläufig erledigen kann, egal ob Strand, Dünen oder ob man in den Ort spazieren möchte. In der Nähe gibt es einige Lademöglichkeiten für E-Autos. Das Bad ist von der Installation her eine Fehlkonstruktion, so dass die Toilettenspülung die Siphons leersaugt und man einen entsprechenden „Duft“ der Kanalisation im Bad hat. Aber alles war sauber und der Abfluss war auch nach einer Behandlung mit Mr. Muscle (so etwas wie Drano) in Ordnung. Die Beleuchtung des Spiegels im Bad ist auch defekt. Das runde Waschbecken ist etwas kleiner als eine LP im Durchmesser, also klitzeklein. Dafür ist die Dusche sehr groß! Das Bad ist nur durch eine nicht dichte Schiebetür vom Wohnraum getrennt. WLAN ist stabil und schnell! Der Parkplatz ist auch ganz in der Nähe und man ist in wenigen Minuten beim Auto. Zum Ein- und Ausladen kann man auch problemlos vorm Haus halten.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Durchgel und Shampoo vorhanden. Bett war sehr bequem. Das Seitenfenster könnte aus Milchglas sein, dadurch mussten wir oft das Rollo runter lassen, weil die Nachbarn direkt am Fenster vorbei gehen.

Alles vorhanden von Staubsauger bis Abziehermüber ein verstellbares Bett und eine kostenlose Parkkarte für einen nahegelegenen Parkplatz. Uns war es ein kleines bisschen zu klein und der Abfluss im Bad roch ziemlich unangenehm! Ansonsten war alles super - von der Buchung bishin zur Übernachtung!

Schönes Apartment

Schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage. Gut ausgestattet und kostenloses Parken in der Nähe. Gute Spazier und Wandermöglichkeiten mit Hund. Das Meer ist keine 10 min entfernt und auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Kann es weiter empfehlen.

Stressfreie Schlüsselübergabe, Private Terrasse, alles in sehr guter Qualität, vor allem Bad und Bett. Es ist weder weit zum Strand noch zum Centrum. Ich würde es wieder buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
