Enjoy endless relaxation with a heated waterfront pool, hot tub, sauna, and lighted tennis and pickleball courts. Stroll the expansive waterfront lawn, grill out at the community BBQs, play shuffleboard, or unwind on the private fishing dock, where dolphins and manatees are often spotted up close! Inside, you'll feel right at home with coastal decor, Smart TV's, beach essentials and an oversized balcony with glistening intracoastal waterway views. The beach is just a 6-minute walk away, and you’re even closer to Smuggler’s Cove Mini Golf and the popular Salt Rock Grill, offering fresh seafood, steaks, and cocktails.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and smart TV, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed with its own smart TV, making the space ideal for couples or small families. There are two bathrooms in the home, one located next to the primary bedroom with a shower/tub combination, and a second conveniently situated near the second bedroom with a walk-in shower. A card-operated laundry facility is available on the 4th floor for guest use. The cozy coastal living room offers beautiful intracoastal views and a smart TV, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day on the water. A queen pullout sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations for extra guests.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (we typically cannot accommodate early arrival or late departure requests in season)
• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 7 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• City Regulations/Noise: Please respect quiet hours posted around building
