Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Having guests during your stay are not allowed.
Please ONLY use the towels to wipe your bodies and use make-up removal for your make-ups instead of using the towels.
Any permanently stained towels from your stay will be charged with damage fees.

For that reason, we strive to offer comfortable mattress, high quality linens and a well equipped kitchen for our guests.

Why they chose this property

We've lived in the historic Mt Pleasant for 30 years. Our children growing up enjoy having walking access to the Zoo and the Rockcreek National Park like our backyard. You'll find this community a safe, peaceful and hip place for of family with kids, dogs as well as young people from students to professionals of all trades.

What makes this property unique

Most of the offerings in the neighborhood are basement level apartments. Ours is one-of-a-kind, because it has a legal Certificate of Occupancy. This means the apartment has legal ceiling height and meet all the current building codes. It's twice as spacious as most of the apartments in Mt Pleasant or in DC, because it contains 2 full stories. You will find yourself in a "real" apartment" unlike any garden level unit.
