This 55 sqm 2 room apartment is in a quiet location, but with excellent infrastructure and connections to public transport, the subway station U3 Ottakring is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is very spacious and airy, has a large living room with table and chairs, satellite TV with international programming and a sofa bed that can also be used as a bed for 2 people.

The bedroom has a large comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

In the modern kitchenette you will find a built-in electric cooker with extractor hood and an oven for pizza or other dishes. In the morning you will appreciate the toaster and coffee machine for breakfast.
The kitchen is fully equipped, all utensils are ready to prepare meals yourself. The dishwasher saves you having to do the dishes by hand. Of course you will also find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a microwave oven in this practical kitchen.

Wir kommen gern wieder!

Eine typisches Wiener Gebäude mit tollem Treppenhaus und einem urigen Charm. Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit tollem Bad mit Wanne. Dazu ist sie sehr gut angebunden und mit Öffi‘s kann man wunderbar alles in Wien rasch erreichen. Auch die Abwicklung war super und ein plötzlich tropfendes Waschbecken wurde umgehend repariert. Und hat‘s gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder!
