This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath upper level condo for a maximum of two people. It is well furnished and equipped, is very comfortable and located in well maintained lush Ekahi Village.

The unit is air conditioned with a Lanai off of the living room and the Bedroom, there is also wireless internet and no extra charge for parking.

The condo is close to the beautiful Keawakapu and Ulua beaches, only a one minute walk to swimming, snorkeling, diving, coastal trail affronting much of Wailea, enjoy walks and sunsets through beautiful gardens, and a short drive to up scale restaurants and shopping.

The communications were good. The Condo is a little run down, especially the kitchen cabinets. The bedding was good, but the pillows not so good. Good location, but a little too much noise from the pickle ball court!
