This is a beautiful, well-appointed home in a great Park City location. The furnishings, layout, and amenities matched the listing, and it’s obvious the owner has invested significantly in creating a first-class property. We especially enjoyed the home itself, which is why it’s disappointing that our overall experience was affected by the property’s management.The day before checkout, my wife suffered three fractured ribs in a mountain biking accident and spent the night in the emergency room. We understood another guest was arriving that day and were not asking for a late checkout. We simply asked whether she could quietly remain on the sofa until our next rental was ready at noon because she was in significant pain.The request was declined, and the cleaning crew began knocking before the 10:00 a.m. checkout time, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.I was also concerned by what I observed during the turnover of the property. The cleaning crew appeared to be using a diluted dish soap solution, and I did not observe disinfectants being used or toilets being scrubbed before preparing the home for the next guests. That left me questioning the cleaning standards used for this otherwise exceptional property.This home deserves high marks for its quality, comfort, and location. My concerns relate to how the property was managed during our stay, not to the owner’s investment in the home itself. With different management and more attention to guest
