Historical 2-family house, built in 1560. In the centre of Schwalenberg, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, traffic calmed area, 100 m from the stream. For shared use: natural garden 500 m2, meadow 500 m2, orchard 500 m2, courtyard. Barbecue, public parking on the road. E-charging station. Shop, grocery 4 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 400 m, café 4 km, bus stop "Steinheimer Strasse" 200 m, railway station "Steinheim" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, children's playground 300 m. Nearby attractions: Externsteine 26 km, Hermannsdenkmal 27 km, Welterbe Corvey 28 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schiedersee 6 km. Please note: car not advisable. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives in the same residence. Natural garden with grapevines. The owner has his own vineyard and runs a wine trade. In the yard in front of the house there is a paved forecourt (100 m2) with a small public restaurant for tasting wines from mainly German countries. Wine tastings, hikes and singing together can be booked on request and for a fee, as well as an in-house laundry service (washing / drying / ironing).
"Phileas", 2-room apartment 46 m2 on 1st floor. Tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 18 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player and hi-fi system. 1 room 15 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen 9 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The bookable additional room (16 m2, extra) for 2 people is on the same floor and has 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen) and a seat as well as a bathroom / toilet (5 m2). A baby and / or toddler as an additional person is not allowed.

TOP Unterkunft

Die individuell und außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vermittelt eine sofortige Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Die ungezwungene und lockere Art des Vermieters führte schnell zu geselligen Abenden mit einem guten Tropfen Wein aus eigenem Vertrieb. Besondere Highlights waren bei Ankunft der gefüllte Kühlschrank für's erste Frühstück und dass man nach Vorankündigung sogar eine warme "Überraschungs"mahlzeit bekommen kann. Perfekter Urlaub, nicht nur für Weinliebhaber!

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete und top ausgestattete Wohnung (Bonus: die "Erstausstattung" fürs Frühstück am nächsten Morgen stand bereits im Kühlschrank) und dazu supernette Gastgeber - wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und kommen ganz bestimmt gern wieder!

Mooi en gezellig ingericht appartement ( oud en modern leuk gecombineerd, geweldig uitzicht achter! Maar het bijzondere echtpaar ( alleen mevrouw ontmoet) doet mee in het dorp: de nachtwacht komt bij haar terras langs en de versierders van het Schutzenfest kregen een hapje en drankje . Echt bijzondere mensen!

Die FeWo war einfach etwas ganz besonderes. Gut gefallen hat uns die gemütliche Atmosphäre, die vielen Bücher, die gemütliche Couch und ein wunderbarer Blick aus dem Fenstern Richtung Wald. Was uns auch ganz angenehm in Erinnerung bleiben wird, waren die zwei Gastgeber, bei ihnen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lieb war auch, das der Kühlschrank mit den Nötigsten gefüllt war. Das haben wir noch nie erlebt.
