We love the tree-lined streets, the Saturday Farmers Market, the easy river access, and the fact that you can be in downtown Portland in 10 minutes without paying Portland prices. It's the kind of neighborhood where people actually know each other.
What makes this property unique
Most studios this size cut corners somewhere — ours doesn't. Full-size in-unit washer and dryer, a real kitchenette with induction cooktop and air fryer/oven, dedicated workspace, mini-split heating and cooling, and a backup generator for Pacific Northwest winters. Private entrance, private patio, and pets welcome. It's a complete, comfortable space that happens to be smaller than a typical apartment.
