La Contessa #205 has been completely redecorated to reflect the beauty of it's surroundings. Large living area, kitchen, and wet bar to entertain friends. Three full bedrooms and bathrooms (master bedroom is oceanside). Washer and dryer in-suite. Computer, printer, Wi-Fi, cable internet, cable TV with DVR, and DVD players all included.

Located in the heart of Redington Beach, La Contessa is within walking distance of several restaurants but maintains a quiet, 'get-a-way' feel as it shares the beach with many private luxury homes. Watch the sunset from your 30 ft. wide deck. Life is better at La Contessa!

This unit at La Contessa is perfect for any family. It’s larger inside than even the pictures can portray. Awesome spot on the beach and the owners communicate wonderfully. 10/10 recommend

FANTASTIC!

This place has it all. The property has 2 pools, a hot tub, then the private pier for those who want to fish or just look down into the water the see some marine life. Then the condo - fully furnished is not adequate! Plenty of beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. From silverware to cookware, even a crock-pot. Then to the pool area, you have the very convenient cabana that is again stocked - from toys for the beach to fishing equipment. We are ready to go back!

Slice of Florida Paradise

Just a brief note to share with others our rental experience at La Contessa, Redington Beach, Florida. My wife and I have winter-rented on Florida’s mid-Gulf coast for several years. In March 2016, we spent a delightful 24 days at La Contessa vacation property. While there less than a month, even one day would have been worth the trip to Florida to enjoy the comfort, beauty and convenience of this ocean-side property. Owners Erin et. al. provided the luxury and comforts, and I am willing to bet they also arranged for the million-dollar sunsets including a rare “green flash”, stunning scenery and near-perfect weather for our visit. The sounds and beauty of the ocean were breathtaking and the convenience of Gulf Blvd was much appreciated, yet living arrangements were away from the noise and traffic of a busy circuit. There were no surprises, only wows! Accommodations and facilities were as advertised and photographed. The unit was spacious, functionally well designed and beautifully furnished. My wife singled out the cleanliness of the rental, its gleaming wood floors, and the modern azure-blue Florida décor. Erin kept us informed throughout the process, answering our questions promptly and fully, and agreeing to financial suggestions that made it easier and more cost-effective in transferring monies from country to country. The instructions before arriving and on arrival were crystal clear and pictorially illustrated for simplicity and clarity. We arrived too late to stock up at the grocery store but the unit was equipped to take our late arrival which included fixings for a cup of coffee the next morning. We were taken by the beauty of the grounds, and the openness of the property and facilities from both street and ocean sides but equally impressed by the security – subtle yet effective. I was impressed by the efficiency and politeness of the property management crew – hosing, trimming, tilling, and sweeping but never too busy to pass along a polite greeting and daily good wishes. Someday, maybe in retirement, we hope to return and stay longer at La Contessa – this piece of Florida paradise. David Phillips

Wonderful !

This is a wonderful place ! We have stayed up and down the Gulf Coast between St Pete's and Belleair Beach for many years (probably about 15 times) at various condominiums and Contessa ranks alongside any of them. The apartment is clean, tidy, well equipped and the pool area is easily big enough to cater for all your needs - the cabana is a luxurious extra but very handy. Having a PC in the apartment was also very handy as was the free wi-fi. Private parking and your own personal lift add to the luxurious feeling. Erin was very helpful pre our vacation and as we were travelling from England she made sure everything we needed was addressed very promptly. We would go back to this apartment without hesitation and thoroughly recommend it, though for the next time we will ask Erin to organise the weather a little better, Tampa flooded for the first time in years while we were there !!!

Fantastic!

This property was fabulous! From the spacious, open concept kitchen, dining and living room area that offered a tremendous view of the Gulf, to clean, nicely-decorated, and comfortable bedrooms, this condo rates as one of the best we have ever stayed in over the past twenty years of vacations. It is well- equipped with kitchen items, towels and pillows, and a bonus of the pool- side cabana. The owner, Erin, was so helpful and accommodating, and the entire property was well- maintained, making for a fun, memorable and enjoyable vacation. We'd love to return to La Contessa and especially this condo.

Spacious with incredible views

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. The condo was very comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated and we especially enjoyed the views and sounds of the ocean when we would leave the two sliding doors wide open everyday. You really never had to leave the comfort of the condo to feel like you were right there on the beach. The beds were very good and we awoke always refreshed and ready to experience sunshine, great restaurants, and the great laid back seaside towns this area offers. Security in condo is better than anything I've ever had in a rental. Once you learn the codes you really do feel you can leave windows and doors unlocked. The hot tub seems to be everyone's favorite in jan. The private pier is a nice addition. Even though we did no fishing this year, we enjoyed walking to the end of the pier and watching the birds and spoting dolphins swim below. We never used cabana because grand children didn't come this year but it would be perfect for kids. It was well stocked for a fun fill day by pool or beach. Erin was easy to communicate with and always helpful when needed. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this condo.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN PARADISE!

We would like to thank Erin (and the other owners) for the privilege of staying in their fabulous Condo. We have been coming to Redington Beach for the past 5 years. This was our first time at La Contessa and this beautiful Condo exceeded our expectations. The condo is very spacious, clean & well furnished, with everything you could possibly want and more. La Contessa’s grounds and pools were pristine and the Private Pier was a definite pull towards us choosing this Condo. It is truly a home away from home and the view is to die for. There is nothing better than eating your breakfast on the balcony and spotting Dolphins or watching the spectacular sunsets with a glass of wine. Other Owners and Renters we met were very welcoming. Would highly recommend this condo and wanted to book for next year, but unfortunately this Condo had already been booked to some other lucky vacationer. Great Condo, Great location, Great Owners - What more could you ask!

Paradise Found!

Arriving at the impeccably designed and spacious condo to be further delighted with every need for inside and outside enjoyment made this the perfect spot for our small family if three. The view and accessibility to the ocean and the two heated pools and hit tub drew us outside to enjoy water and sun. We found paradise and hope to spend many vacations for years to come at this beautiful vacation property. Spacious enough for many and exquisite enough for a couple we cannot imagine staying anywhere else!!!!

A BIG Slice of Paradise!!

This property is exceptional. Well maintained grounds, private, and the unit was quite large, well equipped, and perfect for a relaxing vacation- either a family with several children, older couple who have guests staying- you have the space and the amenities to make it a wonderful trip. The pool and cabana are great, there are 2 nice sized Weber BBQs, and you overlook the Gulf of Mexico! The pic are authentic- and the owner (Erin) is hands on with communications. We cannot wait to come back!!

A Paradise from Midwest winter!

We couldn't be happier with what we found upon arriving at our home away from home! Gorgeous, spacious condo; huge kitchen; outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico and romantic evening sunsets; very well maintained pools, hot tub & property! Sunshine & warm temperatures were abundant! (most days were 60-70 degrees warmer than the Midwest) Began the morning on the huge deck with friends and family enjoying a cup of coffee... Followed by a "power walk" up the soft sand beach... Finishing up in the hot tub to sooth the aches & pains. :). Keep an eye out for dolphins and a rare shark sighting under the pier. The complex is just the right size...not too big. Didn't have to "save a pool chair" at 6am. :) Enough for all! Enjoyed making friends around the pool getting to meet owners... and other renters. Located in a very nice section of Gulf Blvd. Mostly residential, with a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. (If you want the noise and the crowd you can go a few miles south near St Pete's Beach.) We had an awesome time... already reserved 2015!

We use this often as a getaway spot for our family. Although it is tempting to keep it to ourselves, it is just too wonderful not to share with others. We have very much enjoyed our family time relaxing by the pool with the ease of preparing lunch for ourselves in the cabana. Fishing on La Contessa's private fishing pier has provided many hours of entertainment for our family. The ability to step right out on to the beach from the pool deck with our sand toys and beach chairs seemed too easy, yet so wonderful! We have found our paradise and hope you too will come to love our La Contessa #205 as if it were your own.

Why they chose this property

La Contessa #205 was love at first sight. After spending much time in the unit ourselves as we were renovating the property, our affection deepened. It is a private and luxurious space in which relaxation and the earth's beauty can be fully realized. Not to be forgotten, there are many conveniences nearby, including restaurants within walking distance, grocery shopping a short 5 minute drive away and two airports within 25 miles.
