Our apartment is located in Pirna in the Birkwitz district and offers you a living atmosphere to relax. The property is in a quiet location on a residential street. The apartment has a separate entrance and its own parking facilities. The garden can be shared. Garden furniture, grill and fire bowl are available. The central location is suitable for trips to Dresden, Meißen, Pirna and Saxon Switzerland. Of course, WiFi is available.

Our apartment has an area of approximately 64 square meters on two levels and can be booked for two to three people. Fully furnished, you will find everything in the apartment that will make your vacation a unique experience. The apartment has a living room with comfortable seating, TV and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom as a walk-through room with a single bed. A cot and high chair are available for younger guests.
On-site costs: Payment is made in cash to the landlord.

Eine schöne Woche an der Elbe

Klettern auf die Bastei, viel Boot gefahren und mit historischem Zug gefahren. Essen war auch überall sehr Gut, besonders in der Drogenmühle in Heidenau ,!!! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nicht wie erwartet

Wir vergeben nur einen Stern, denn wir fühlen uns durch die Anzeige getäuscht. Es steht zwar in der Beschreibung, dass die FeWo auf 2 Etagen verteilt ist, aber es steht nichts in der Beschreibung, dass die Hälfte davon eine Kellerwohnung ist. Außerdem ist es eine sehr steile schmale Treppe, die nach unten geht, und die auch noch um die Ecke geht. Die Schlafzimmer sind unten und das Bad oben, also wenn man nachts mal aufs WC muss, ist das sehr beschwerlich ... Davon ist interessanterweise auch kein Bild zu sehen. Zudem geht der Zugang zum Haus nur über einen Rasen. Das wird bei Regen mit guten Schuhen schnell unangenehm. Der Vermieter ist sehr sparsam. Pro Person war nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch da, obwohl wir für eine Woche gebucht hatten. Und es war auch nur eine angebrochene Rolle Toilettenpapier da. Die Heizung war so minimal eingestellt, dass es nur 19°im Wohnzimmer hatte, obwohl wir auf 5 aufgedreht hatten. Erst nach 3x Bitten, wurde die Heizung etwas höhergestellt. Auch die angegebenen 64 m2 bezweifle ich stark .... Deshalb, wie gesagt nur 1 Stern; obwohl die Wohnung, ruhig, sauber + schick eingerichtet ist.

Für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet, da die Treppe samt Handlauf zum Schlafzimmer in den unteren Hausbereich äusserst unangenehm sind! Die Küche ist klein und es fehlten auch diverse Dinge. So z.B. ein Tablett, wenn man im hübschen Aussengelände essen und trinken möchte. Der Vermieter sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Umgebung schön ruhig , nur 10 min zu Fuss zur Elbfähre.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung, die wir für ein verlängertes Wochenende gebucht haben sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch stadtnah. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung ist empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Das Inserat hat alles widergespiegelt, was wir vorgefunden haben. Hier haben wir eine schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Idealer Startpunkt ins Elbtal & Elbsandsteingebirge

Wir haben hier zum Kurzurlaub Quartier genommen. Es ist eine liebevoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung mit moderner Ausstattung und einem Fernseher, den man als Heimkino bezeichnen kann. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind mit dabei, sodass man unbeschwert an- und abreisen kann.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig aber man kann alles mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichen. Kurzer Weg zur Elbe.

Schöne Wohnung, nette Einrichtung

Saubere Wohnung, vieles neu renoviert, moderne Ausstattung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden, netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, völlig unkompliziert, einzig die Treppe in die Schlafräume ist etwas gewohnheitsbedürftig. Schöne Außenanlage, zur Wohnung gehöriger Parkplatz, eigener Eingang. Wir waren zufrieden.

Alles modern und sauber, auch sonnst ganz ok.

Unterkunft war ok, fehlte nur etwas das Urlaubsfeeling. Die Unterkunft ist recht trist eingerichtet und kaum Dekoriert. Es ist alle da was man als Selbstversorger braucht, bald schon zu viel. (Wer braucht im Urlaub einen 140cm Smart Tv??) Die Außenanlage war auch nicht gerade zum verweilen eingerichtet, da Platz für den Mähroboter sein musste. Trotzdem muss man sagen, dass die Unterkunft in dem Außmass, recht erschwinglich ist und ich würde sie mit einem knappen Gut bewerten.

Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Nur die Dusche ist für größere Menschen (... >190 ) etwas problematisch. Die Absprachen mit dem Vermieter (welcher im übrigen sehr freundlich war) klappten hervorragend. Trotz der ruhigen Lage erreicht man die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend in kurzer Zeit. Für Alleinstehende/ Paare oder kleine Familien ist die Wohnung bestens geeignet.

Hier findet man Ruhe

Wir haben die Unterkunft für ein kurzes Wochenende in Pirna gebucht. Es war alles sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist spartanisch, aber absolut ordentlich und ausreichend für ihren Zweck. Für Kleinkinder und Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist es eher ungeeignet, da man nur über eine steile Wendeltreppe in die Schlafzimmer kommt. Alles in allem aber absut okay!
