This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is spacious and thoughtfully appointed making it an ideal getaway for larger groups.



Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning and après ski cocktails gathered around the propane fire pit in the evening.



Relax after a day of play in the living room with plenty of comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, and a flatscreen TV with streaming services and a sound bar.



The large kitchen is ideal for entertaining and cooking with two refrigerators, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. There is plenty of seating to keep the cook company and to share meals together. Prefer to dine alfresco on warmer nights? Fire up the propane BBQ and enjoy meals in the backyard under the wooden gazebo.



Still have energy to burn after a long day at the lake or out on the trails? Head to the game room where you can play foosball or air hockey, or watch a movie on the flatscreen with streaming services.



When it is time to turn in for the night, guests will have their choice of 4 comfortable bedrooms.



The primary bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, full ensuite bathroom with tub over shower, and access to the back yard. Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds, bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed with a mini air hockey table, and bedroom 4/game room has a queen and king bed.



Additional amenities include a garage with space for two vehicles, a washer and dryer - ideal for doing a load of laundry after a day on the slopes, a work area in the 4th bedroom for any guests working remotely or needing to study, and a gated backyard – perfect for playing fetch with Fido as pets are welcome!



4x4 and or snow chains will be required for this homes driveway during winter time months. Please come prepared. Home has steep driveway and lowered/low clearance vehicles may have difficulty.

Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

6 vehicle maximum at any given time for this home. No street parking per county ordinance.

This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.

Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation, they must be over 25 years of age and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with a matching photo I.D. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY, you must complete check-in at the office and you will be provided with a map to the cabin.



On your departure, all keys must be returned to our office. There is a key box outside our office where keys may be dropped off if your departure is outside our regular office hours.
