Just a 2-minute drive to the beach. Your home away from home in the Gated Community Bellevue with 3 bedrooms. This beautiful villa features three spacious king bedrooms and two bathrooms, each equipped with a refreshing shower. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay with air conditioning throughout the property. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for the day with the provided hair dryer and iron, this charming space has you covered. The villa offers a wonderful blend of comfort and style, perfect for a memorable getaway with a BBQ on a large deck. Private pool plus access to a huge additional pool of 60m2 (645 sqft). Walking distance to the beach (400 yards).

Curu National Park, Bioluminescence, Isla Tortuga Tour, Sportfishing, just 10 minutes away. We have our own Italian Grocery store (3 minutes away, part of the Community). 8 minutes away, you will find Paquera 3 Grocery stores, 2 bakeries, a hospital, an ATM, and anything else you need.

We have +13 Beaches within a 2 to 25-minute car drive—very nice local restaurants at local prices, not an overcrowded tourist area, and a lot of nature. Just 8 minutes from the ferry station in one of only five Blue Zones in the World!

We absolutely loved our stay here! So close to a gorgeous Sandy beach. We spent a lot time in the salt pool and in the water at the beach. Carlos and his wife are great and were available for eatery suggestions and activities. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our wonderful host Carlos saved us with this property after our original booking in another area was cancelled. We messaged him and he was able to get this house ready for us within a few hours. I cannot say enough about the way he looked after us, after we stayed in another one of his properties the prior week. This area is absolutely stunning. The views are unmatched. We immediately saw monkeys from the deck upon arrival. This house is nicely equipped even though they are in the process of renovating it. I am very excited to see the finished product. There is a private pool, as well as a very large (and deep) saltwater pool that will be shared by other guests at other small houses on the property. We were the only ones there, as they are also all being renovated so we had it all to ourselves. I could see this whole area being booked for a wedding or some type of larger gathering. It would be spectacular. Carlos was apologetic about the lack of finishes (under renovation) in the house but it was exactly what we needed. He even helped us with navigating the ferry and set up a horseback riding excursion for us. I would 100% recommend staying at any of the Bellevue properties!

If there was a rating above 5 stars, this villa would deserve it. Perfectly clean, stunningly beautiful, friendly, helpful host - simply amazing. The open, updated kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms have tons of storage. The private pool is beautiful and the salt water pool down the hill is also great. The whole place is open, airy and light. The views are incomparable. If you want to book activities, go through Carlos first, he's on top of it.

Marvellous view of the ocean, great pool for soaking and swimming, amazing birds and monkeys all around, but Carlos, our host, was amazing. Lots of great local recommendations for eating, activities, biobay kayaking, etc, but also fantastic recommendations in other areas on the rest of our trip (Sloth Territory, Baldi Hotsprings, etc). Carlos you were such a great help, thanks a ton. We would love to be back there someday!
