The bright and friendly furnished domicile has a combined living-sleeping-dining area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with an almost walk-in shower cubicle and a small terrace with seating facing the beach.
Through the spacious hallway with cloakroom and storage cupboard you can access the combined living area. There you will find a very well-lit kitchenette with an oven and dishwasher. There is enough crockery and cutlery in the wall cupboards and the nearby sideboard. The dining area is equipped with 4 comfortable chairs. The sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) impresses with its lying surface height of 60 cm with a continuous mattress. The separate bedroom leads off from the living area - with a bed size of 180 x 200 cm, you land particularly quickly in the land of dreams (access only possible via the open foot end). Your holiday wardrobe will find its place in the spacious wardrobe, which is provided with a full-length mirror.
The small but fine bathroom is freshly furnished and offers everything you need: storage space at a dizzy height, shower cubicle, bath stool, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and very bright lighting.

The beach, swimming pool, harbor, naval memorial, submarine and the town center can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

A cozy beach chair for beautiful sunny days and mild evenings directly on the beach is available free of charge from May to September. Depending on the weather, your beach chair could be available earlier or later.

Please note that the lifting space (L 500cm x W 200cm x H 150cm) in the underground garage is suitable for cars up to a maximum height of 1.50 m. Larger cars and vans have to find a public place outside in Friedrichstrasse.
