DOWNTOWN Ocean City 2 bedroom condo in one of the best locations you will find - just 2 blocks away from the famous boardwalk, inlet, beach and Atlantic Ocean! You'll love being walking distance to historical restaurants, rides, and arcades- close to everything downtown. You'll even have two assigned covered parking spaces. Enjoy the open floor plan with the living room, dining room and kitchen having plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils and also includes a center island, Keurig and a coffee pot. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has a pyramid bunk (single mattress on top with double mattress on the bottom) and a twin bed. The living room also includes a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

This condo also has 2 full bathrooms. There are two TVs with cable in the master bedroom and living room. Also included are complementary wifi/high speed internet and a washer and dryer. This condo is on the third floor and the building includes an elevator.

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $135. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
