Check-out is strictly 11 AM—$100 charged per extra hour.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with queen beds + 1 queen sofa pull-out.

Bathroom: Full bath with a jetted bathtub.

Kitchen: Full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and essentials.

Heating: Central heating available—please do not use fireplace; it is decorative only.

Access to in-house washer and dryer available to stays over 7 days only

Parking: Plenty of street parking; house sits on a corner lot.

Pets are allowed but must be added when booking. Only one pet per stay. Unauthorized pets may incur additional charges.

Guest policy: No unauthorized guests; absolutely no parties.

Communication: If you have questions, special requests, or expectations, please message before booking—better communication avoids unpleasant experiences.

Master bedroom, garage and backyard not accessible to guests.

Strict NO smoking policy: inside the house, driveway, and front porch. $250 fine for any smoking, including vape or marijuana. If you absolutely have to please walk up to the edge of the property line and do so on the public sidewalk.

Backyard, pool, spa, and backyard/sideyard areas NOT open for guests; monitored by security cameras—please do not use.

Host stays in master suite with separate entrance from the backyard. No shared spaces or required interaction.
