Die neue Villa Kornaros is a luxurious natural stone house that impresses with modernity and design. The bright colors of the interior harmonize with the color of the natural stone. The house with sea view is only 100 meters from the sandy beach Kalamaki on a 300m² private property.
If you need a refreshment after waking up in this comfortable natural stone villa, you can dive straight into the Libyan Sea in just a few steps.
From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea. The plants around the house makes it looking like a small green oasis. A natural stone wall surrounds the entire property.

The detached holiday home offers 100 square meters of living space for 6-7 person in three spacious bedrooms, which are elegantly furnished and all have direct access to the outdoor area. The open kitchen is furnished to a high standard and the bathroom offers every comfort.
Outside there is a spacious terrace to relax, a separate barbecue area, outdoor shower and parking space directly at the house.
A restaurant delivery service with the most delicious Cretan specialties is possible directly to the house!

You will find everything your heart desires in the village: public pool, mini markets, bakery, souvenir shops and very good restaurants right on the beach, which also provide umbrellas and loungers free of charge. There are also beautiful undeveloped sections of the beach.

We would be happy to organize an airport transfer (local taxi) so you can relax while driving and your well-deserved vacation begins without any delay.

Fantastic location on the beach

Loved having all the space of the whole beautiful house. Outdoor seating was lovely though so many delicious restaurants right on the beach. Beds were comfortable with warm blankets on cool nights. Gorgeous stone work inside and out.

Schöner Aufenthalt in dem im griechischen Stil eingerichteten Haus. Die Lage war super, nur 100 vom schönen Strand entfernt, fussläufig gab es eine grosse Anzahl schöner Taverenen direkt am Meer, wo man abends herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann.Kalamaki ist ein kleiner, sehr ruhig und entspannter Urlaubsort. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, leider hat die Kaffeemaschine nicht funktioniert, allerdings hat uns die Vermieterin gleich Ersatz gebracht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat sehr gut funktioniert, der Check-in ging sehr schnell und problemlos. Prima wäre noch gewesen, wenn es am Haus Liegestühle gegeben hätte. Da es in der Woche sehr windig war, war es aufgrund des starken Windes teilweise mittags nicht möglich am Strand eine Liege zu nehmen, obwohl diese in Kalamaki noch sehr günstig sind.Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Woche in Kalamaki und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superschöne Villa in Standnähe

Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Strandentfernung nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer problemlos, es wurde immer sofort gesntwortet.Einzige Kritik: Es gibt leider keine Mosquitonetze vor den Fenstern. Lüften ist unmöglich, da es reichlich Stechmücken gibt. Es gibt nur eine Klimaanlage , die sich im Flur vor den Schlafzimmern befindet. Das heißt, man müsste alle Zimmertüren nachts auflassen, um in den Genuss der Kühlung zu kommen. Eher nicht so gut.Bei Belegung von mehr als 4 Personen wird es such etwas eng beim Toilettengang, da es nur eine gibt, die sich im einzigen Bad befindet.Fazit: Sehr schön gelegen, aber ohne Mosquitonetze nur bedingt empfehlenswert.

Superferien in Kalamaki

Unser Urlaub in Kalamaki war super! Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet was wir benötigten. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dort allein zu sein, weil die Nachbarn weit entfernt sind.:) Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Gartendusche war unser persönliches Highlight...Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt...morgens kurz ins Meer....abends kurz ins Meer...dazwischen die Dusche...:) :):) Wir kommen gern wieder!!!! Achso, die Gastfreundschaft und das unkomplizierte Leben dort möchte ich auch noch erwähnen. Alles was wir brauchten war im Ort zu Fuß erreichbar.

Très jolie maison mais avec une erreur au niveau du descriptif.

Très belle maison, très bien située proche de la plage de sable. Attention contrairement à ce qui est indiqué il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle et il manque bcp d'éléments si vous voulez cuisiner ( passoire, égouttoir vaisselle, sous-plat...). A part ce problème d'équipements c'est vraiment un bel hébergement.

Herrlicher Urlaub in der Villa Kornaros

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man ist gleich am schönen Sandstrand von Kalamaki und an der kleinen Strandpromenade mit ansprechenden Tavernen und einem Supermarkt. Alles leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Vermieter Georgos hat alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, und liegt wie eine kleine Oase in der eher kretatypisch kargen Umgebung ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. Herrliche Sonnenuntergänge gabs täglich auf der großen, überdachten Veranda zu genießen. Empfehlenswert ist auch der Besuch sehr schöner Tavernen am Ende der Bucht oberhalb von Komos Beach. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und sind abends ins nahe Matala, nach Agia Galini und ins Hinterland nach Festos und Mires gefahren. Tagsüber war es zu heiß, um sich zu mehr aufzuraffen als am Strand direkt vor dem Haus zu baden und sich ab und an in der hervorragenden Taverne Aristodimos zu erfrischen. Da gab es dann wie in ganz Kalamaki umsonst Liegen und Schirme für alle. In der zweiten Augusthälfte war es sehr angenehm und es hatte schon Nachsaisoncharakter. Aber vielleicht ist da auch einfach nicht so viel los. Es ist jedenfalls kein überlaufener Ort und die Anzahl an größeren Hotels ist auch überschaubar.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem gepflegten Haus in direkter Strandnähe

Wir (1 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) haben eine wunderbare und entspannte Woche in Kalamaki verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist liebevoll und sorgfältig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die drei Schlafzimmer bieten genug Platz für alle und auch das Wohnzimmer mit Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten und die Terrasse bieten verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten und sind grün und schön gepflegt. Der Fußweg bis zum Strand ist so kurz, dass man jederzeit schnell nach Hause gehen kann. Einkaufsläden und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen und in ausreichender Menge und Qualität vorhanden. Kalamaki ist ein kleiner, nicht überlaufener Urlaubsort, der alle Wünsche an einen entspannten Urlaub ertüllt. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit und hat uns mit typischen griechischen Leckereien und frischem Obst überrascht. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Enstpannter Urlaub im schönen Haus fußläufig zum Strand

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Wir konnten zu Fuß zum Strand, zu den Tavernen, zum Minisupermarkt. Es ist absolut ruhig (nur Meeresrauschen). Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und hat uns mit Getränken und frischem Obst verwöhnt. Wir hatten den Aufenthalt, der uns versprochen wurde. Von der Hitzewelle einmal abgesehen, aber die war außergewöhnlich und nicht vorhersehbar. Es ist eins der schönsten Objekte in Kalamaki!
