Beautiful quiet cottage in the woods. Great place to get away from the cares of the world. Comfortable family get-away. Outstanding reviews from all our guests.

Two of you can stay here on one level from your car door to the main floor or the deck. The first floor has a queen bedroom and full bath. Climb the stairway to the loft and two more can join you with twin beds and a half bath.

The open kitchen and dining area is fully equipped, the living room is comfortable and its all bright and new. Rocking chairs, peace and quiet, and an unsurpassed view invite you.

If you bring your kayak and want access to the water, we've provided a trail to the pocket beach on the cove below. Or, brave the cold and take a swim in our invigorating water.

We built this cottage with modern comforts so that our friends can come and enjoy the quiet of Webb Cove. Even your dog will be happy here!

This place is incredible. Secluded and definitely what we were looking for. Amazing scenery and a lot to do on the island nearby. Cant wait to go back! A plus was the friendly dog named Daisy who was a pleasant visitor from time to time :)

This is a lovely cottage in a secluded inlet cove. We truly enjoyed our three nights here. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable and the hosts so nice and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Pine Hill is a delightful retreat nestled in the woods above a secluded cove with its own beach. Perfect for lazy days in our hammock, watching a nearby seal colony and other wildlife. The cottage was cozy and well equipped. Our hosts, including Daisy the dog, couldn’t have more welcoming or helpful. Looking forward to our next visit.

We absolutely loved staying in this cottage. It was perfect for our family of four. The children enjoyed playing on the beach and around the property especially with the owners dog Daisy. A little bit difficult to find the cottage as we passed the cabin but didn't see it. Once we looked at the photo on VRBO, it was obvious. VERY long driveway/street which afforded lovely seclusion.Beautiful ocean view through the trees. Osprey and eagles flying by. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable with 3 layers and 4 pillows!Only heaters were in downstairs bedroom and living area, but we were comfortable regardless. Plenty of throw blankets in the living room.Host was welcoming and came to greet us right after arrival.A great stay and would like to return if the opportunity arises.

This hidden gem made for an amazing restful experience. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Their dog came over to visit with us and have coffee in the morning. We first came to this land in 1976 when we built a small Summer cabin. As our family grew so did the house. Now we are retired and live here all year round. Our place is not very far from the cottage, so we are nearby if you need us. Most days you will find Carolyn working in her garden, and David is usually building something

Why they chose this property

Deer Isle is a fishing community most of the year. Our fishermen and women land more lobsters here than anywhere in the State. Lots, of boats, sometimes lots of sun and blue water, sometimes our famous fog. Always plenty of lobsters to eat, boats to see, seagulls to watch and woods to be explored. For over a hundred years, this land has been host to friendly people who love this place. It smells like the woods and the sea, and it sounds just like what it is. A quiet country road.

What makes this property unique

Easy access is a great benefit at Pinehill Cottage. Your car can pull right near the house and you can enter the first floor or the deck with not one step. The queen bedroom and full bath are all on the first floor. It is an excellent choice for someone that doesn`t want to climb stairs.

The cottage driveway is a mile in from the Oceanville road and our guests all seem to appreciate the lack of traffic.
