Wonderful apartment! We really liked the location next to the subway station and many local places to eat. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts went out of their way to lend us an adapter (we brought the wrong one) on Christmas eve so we could charge our phones!

The apartment is large and accommodated our 5-person group comfortably. Very convenient access to public transport - right across the street. The downside is that it is a very, very noisy street, especially when the windows are open. Overall, we had a good stay.

Sehr freundliche Kommunikation, sehr saubere und freundliche Zimmer. Tolle Lage direkt an U-Bahn und Tram. Für Teenies war McDonalds gegenüber und Dönermeister nebenan toll. Küche war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und Bäder waren einladend. Klare Empfehlung als Ausgangspunkt für Wien-Erkundung.

Super altbau Wohnung

Große Wohnung mit viel Platz. Die Wohnung war ideal für unsere Zwecken mit 3 Schlafzimmer. Zwar etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum aber direkt gegenüber die U-Bahn Haltestelle und man war super schnell in der Stadt. Die Wiener Öffentliche Verkehrssystem läuft super frequent undwir sind überall schnell hingekommen. Alle Kommunikationen liefern einwandfrei und Birgit hat sich immer sofort zurückgemeldet. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen :)

Die Wohnung liegt günstig. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie. Allerdings bei offenem Fenster kein Schlafen möglich, da Hauptverkehrsstraße. Geschlossen ist es sehr ruhig. Die genaue Adresse war aber leider erst wenige Tage vor Anreise ermittelbar.

Appartement spacieux et bien placé

Nous avons bien apprécié l'emplacement devant la station de métro ou du tramway ce qui a bien facilité nos déplacements pour visiter la ville.L'appartement est grand et très calme.Nous avons bien communiqué avec Birgit .Pour ceux qui arrivent en avion c'est trés facile d'accès: Val1 qui se prend devant les arrivées à l'aéroport puis de Westbahnhof métro ligne U6 avec arrêt devant l'appartement station Alser Strabe

Wenen dichtbij

Ons verblijf was perfect gesitueerd, dichtbij U-station Alser Strasse. Helaas was dit station in 1 richting afgesloten, maar ondanks dat lag heel Wenen via het Openbaar vervoer voor ons open. Op korte afstand veel bars en restaurants en voor iets verdere afstanden de trams, bus of U-bahn. Een goede spot om vanuit de stad te verkennen.
