Tareka was a great, friendly host. He had food for late night arrival and breakfast. He was very thoughtful. The place was comfortable and in the basement of their house.

Very clean. We didn’t not realize it would be the basement of a house and required steps.

This is a basement of a house. You share a joined entrance. Host was there when we arrived and showed us our space. Then we didn't see host again (no need to). Space was cool (which was nice on a super hot day!). In a quiet neighborhood setting. All was as described. A good space & nice for a night's rest.

Overall we had a very good stay and the rooms fit our needs well. The beds were comfortable and linen and various soft blankets were clean and comfy. Everything was clean. Tareka was quick to turn the heat up slightly for us, but when asked, stated that the fireplace would not work due to dead batteries in the remote. Suggestion: kitchen was not stocked with any type of real bowls, mugs, cups, no spoons, utensils or sharp knife, glasses, or cookware for microwave. Only a couple paper plates, paper cups, and plastic forks/knives. Had to eat my yogurt with a fork. All the drawers and cupboards were mostly empty. Provided paper towels were helpful. The place was quiet overall and a nice stay. Thank you.

The host was very welcoming and made sure we had the TV remote, however, there were no channels on the TV and we were not able to login to any apps. There were some toys left in the area and the kitchenette counters were sticky. There was also old food in the fridge.

Great place to stay and I am very appreciative that the host was willing to do an after midnight check-in due to a long travel day. I didn't realize he would have to personally meet us at the door and let us in to his basement that is the rental location. I would have preferred a keypad entry. There is a lock on the rental door once in the basement. Very clean location! We left early the next morning to continue our drive, so I don't know anything about the rest of the area.

We are a family of 5 ( 2 adults/3kids). The place you stay is in the lower level of anther family's home. It has easy access to the lower level. We barely heard them above us. It is in a safe neighborhood. The lower level is cozy. Nice recliners in the living room to relax in. The beds were comfy and it has a small kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. It had a nice large shower head with good water pressure, so the shower was great! The living room has glass doors that separates the stair area from your space that you can close and lock. The host was very friendly and responsive and met us when we arrived. It was cheaper than a hotel with a lot more space and comfort. I would recommend this home to others!
