Ground floor: Common room as intersecting room and with 1 additional bed at double sofa bed, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Cooking nook in the living room as intersecting room and with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Umag, district of Valica. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house intermittently but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
