We’re here for you all year round and offer holiday apartments with modern and comfortable amenities in a quiet, central location in the heart of Warnemünde. Our holiday apartments, located at Poststraße 4 in an idyllic, landscaped courtyard, are reserved for non-smokers. The beach, the harbour, and the train station are all about a 5-minute walk away. We offer you a comfortably furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This comfortable 3-room holiday apartment, “Sonnenflut,” spans the ground floor and the ground floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find the entryway and a shower room. A steep staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find a cosy living room with a sleeper sofa and satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds (2nd TV/DVD), a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), and a modern, spacious shower room. You’re welcome to relax in the green courtyard.

Renovated in 2024 and partially refurnished, this holiday rental is approximately 80 square metres in size, equipped for 4 people, and reserved for non-smokers.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).


At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons (80% or more), accompanying persons, only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services bookable directly with the rental company upon request for a separate fee:
