Wailea Ekahi 45B-Newly Remodeled Kitch, Large Lanai, Pool #3 w/BBQ

Unit 45B is located in Building 45 on the ground floor. This lovely one bedroom, two bathroom condo has a 400 square foot lanai with picturesque garden and ocean views and Quiet Pool 3 just steps away. Patio equipped with spacious patio seating & chaise lounge. This unit has a newly remodeled kitchen and ideal living room with smart tv. It includes a Cal King size bed and Queen sofa bed. We are sure you will find all of the furnishings and appliances in great condition, and very conducive to a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

This unit is a short 7 minute walk down the green belt (or 2 min drive) to the Beach Pavilion & Keawakapu Beach. This is one of Maui's most pristine beaches and excellent for swimming & snorkeling. Gas bbq's are located at the Pavilion, Quiet Pool #3, and the grass area across the parking lot.

The Beach Pavilion offers a large heated pool, chaise lounges, umbrellas, and plenty of seating. It has a full service kitchen and 4 large gas grills. Great for special gatherings and ideal for sunset dinners.

Truly amazing property — had an unforgettable and perfect week here. Loved the massive lanai, close pool, and well stocked unit. This was by far the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. Well stocked with kids toys, chairs, and the such. We’ve been coming to the Wailea area resorts for years and now with a kid, this will be our go to spot. 10 out of 10.

This location was wonderful. 5 minutes from our favorite beach on Maui, Po'Olenalena. It is out of the busy part of Wailea, sitting right on the border of Kihei. The home is well appointed and had everything we needed for a perfect Maui vacation. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I stayed a week, this condo did not disappoint. Very clean, large lanai, well equipped. It is a healthy walk to and from the beach as it sits up on a hill, but doable. Quiet property and great amenities. Pool and Bbq very close and the large pavilion down the hill by the beach is lovely. Would definitely stay here again

Big, roomy & updated

This is a great suite. It is Big, very roomy and has a nicely updated kitchen. Large outdoor patio overlooking the gardens. It is conveniently located beside the quiet upper pool & BBQ area. Would stay again 5⭐️

Very Clean and Easy Access!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It’s one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed at, and it was a quick walk to the beach and other accommodations. Lisa was very easy to communicate with if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Perfect ground floor unit

This is our 2nd time renting this property and it was as amazing as the last trip! The unit is extremely clean, quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this unit for those who are okay with a small walk to the top of the property, close to the upper pool which is often so quiet!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was spacious and clean. We appreciated that it was not cluttered with multiple dusty dried flower arrangements as some units are! The beds were comfortable and the bed linen was very nice. There were 2 boogie boards, several nice beach chairs, snorkel equipment and coolers available to borrow, so no need to bring much with you. There was plenty of kitchen equipment. The only thing I would have liked was a baking sheet, but not a huge deal. We liked the large quiet lanai which we used for most meals. We would absolutely rent this again and would recommend to others.

Quick trip

This property had all the basics we needed for a quick trip. The owner/ manager was fast to respond to a plumbing issue. Location was fine for what we needed but a little far from beach.
