Beaches like Marco Island, Vanderbilt beach and Naples beach are less than 10 miles away, beautiful white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets every night. Restaurant and bar on site at the pool area for your convenience. Patio has a relaxing area with table and chairs for a relaxing time with a book. Two car garage and plenty of parking in front of the home. There will be additional fees for an application transfer for rentals over 30 days. Few miles away to 5th Ave, third Street and Mercato with lots of activities and restaurants. Boating to Keewayden Island is the best, private or public rides to close islands, Naples Zoo, Celebration Park, Goodland, Island of Capri, the list is endless.
