The house features two bedrooms on the upper floor—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The open-concept living and dining area on the ground floor invites you to spend time together and is complemented by a modern flat-screen TV with Magenta TV for relaxing evenings. The high-quality kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher, leaving nothing to be desired.
There is also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.

Of particular note is the spacious sun terrace, which offers plenty of room to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy meals together outdoors. An outdoor shower is also available and will provide a refreshing experience after a sauna session, which will also be possible starting in the summer of 2026.
The house is also ideally suited for longer stays or a “workation”: High-speed internet is available thanks to a fiber-optic connection. The bedrooms feature two unobtrusive workspaces; a 24-inch monitor, complete with keyboard and mouse, is available for use as needed.
An added benefit is the ability to conveniently charge an electric vehicle right nearby at the charging station located at the STRANDPERLEN office.
