The house needs a good cleaning from head to toe. The house has so much potential. Beds need to be upgraded. Living room doesn't match what is in the listing for the house.

The house was professionally cleaned and in excellent condition before the guest's arrival. The living room features brand-new furniture, and the property was exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, Shawn brought unauthorized guests and violated the house rules during the stay. Based on this experience, we would not host this guest again. Thank you.

For the last 7 years I have rented houses through VRBO and have never written a bad review except now. I don’t even know where to start. There were 14 people in our group and there were 15 bath towels. 7 wash cloths and 4 hand towels. After traveling all day we were at Walmart at 10:00 pm buying towels, coffee pot, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper. This was supposed to be a vacation but we had to wash towels every night. The coffee pot I would let my dog drink from that. Only one kitchen towel, bugs everywhere. The host said the house was cleaned by professional. I would fire the professionals. The oven had grease that had been there for months. We usually cook breakfast at the houses we rent but not at this house. There were bugs everywhere. No rugs or bathroom mats in any of the bathrooms. I almost slipped coming out the shower with wet feet on a tile floor. None of the bathrooms had trash bags in the trash cans. The half bathroom has an over size toilet seat. To sit on this toilet ladies would have to sit on part of the rim. No one wants to sit on the rim. That’s disgusting. One of the bedroom we could not use because the bed was broken and you would roll to one size. There were no storage in some of the bedrooms so you would have to put your suitcase on the floor. This house could be a great place but the house needs a lot of TLC. I called VRBO and send pictures. Their customer support was great. They called me several times trying to get this resolved.
